Note: New account applicants are required to pay a $150.00 deposit. This deposit is refundable if all amounts owed are current at the time utility service is discontinued.
Services are billed the first of each month and include water, trash and sewer charges. (Trash and sewer are available inside the Town limits only.) The monthly rates for these services as of November 1, 2025 are as follows: Utility Rate Schedule November 1, 2025
Municipal Water: Monthly Fee – $ 25.00 (0 gallons)
- $ 6.99 per 1,000 gallons up to 5,000
- $ 7.69 per 1,000 gallons for the next 5,000
- $ 8.38 per 1,000 gallons for the next 5,000
- $ 8.73 per 1,000 gallons over 15,000
Centralvue (rural) Water: Monthly Fee – $ 25.00 (0 gallons)
- $ 5.15 per 1,000 gallons up to 5,000
- $ 5.51 per 1,000 for the next 5,000
- $ 6.69 per 1,000 for the next 5,000
- $ 8.82 per 1,000 for all over 15,000
Sewer: Monthly Fee $ 15.76
Trash: Monthly Fee $ 27.01 90-gallon polycart
Monthly Fee $ 15.91 additional polycart
Monthly Fee $ 93.19 2 yd. dumpster
Monthly Fee $ 121.85 3 yd. dumpster
Trash is picked up on Tuesdays, as early as 7:00 a.m. Trash must be in the Waste Connections provided container (poly cart) and poly carts pushed to the street. Please pull back your poly carts after trash pick up each week.
These rates are subject to change. All bills are due on the 15th of the month. Bills are subject to a $25.00 late fee after the 15th, and disconnection after the 25th of each month.
Reconnect Fees:
1st reconnect: $50.00 2nd reconnect: $100.00 3rd reconnect & thereafter: $200.00
